We are Eric and Margarita. I'm from Canada and Margarita is from Ecuador. We were looking for new challenges so bought this hotel as a retirement project. We are enjoying the process of developing and growing the business. We hope you enjoy your stay and are continuously seeking out opportunities to improve.

Property information

El Nido is a boutique bed and breakfast and cafe. We are located on the Malecon with nothing but a street between us and the ocean. Great view of the landscape and sunset. We are in the quiet area of the Malecon but a short walk to all the activity. With your room rental a full breakfast is provided in the cafe which is also open to the public.

Neighbourhood information

Puerto Lopez is a small fishing and tourism town. You will find most amenities here with several restaurants offering a variety of dining options and a vibrant nightlife on the Malecon. It is the official gateway to Isla de la Plata and surrounded by Machalilla National Park. Is an excellent choice for your next adventure tourism destination.
