We are in one of the best buildings in Ecuador, designed by the renowned international architect Carlos Zapata, it has a floating pool with 360° views of the entire city, Spa, Gym, 24-hour security. Cinema, Business Center. We are on the 23rd floor with a beautiful and wonderful view. The apartment is the only one that has a garden and its finishes with fine and elegant woods, comfortable, unique spaces and with the best view of the city.
