We are located in Ricautrte Parish (15 minutes far in car from downtown) in a private and secure gated community, in a very beautiful, natural, familiar and calm place with a magnificent landscape and a marvelous view of Cuenca. We are YOUR HOME in this city. All of these are full furnished lodgings including all the appliances and furniture with very fast WIFI, HOT WATER, SATELLITE TV and access to Shared areas such us: laundry, BBQ and FIRE PLACE areas, , parking lot, trampoline for kids, spacious gardens and recreational natural spaces as soccer and volleyball grass field.
