Guest support is available to assist you during your stay daily from 10:00 - 22:00. Our in-person Old Town office is open every day from 10:00 - 18:00, where you can also store luggage and get help planning your Tallinn trip. Once your reservation is confirmed, look out for a PDF in your booking messages - it includes picture-guided instructions and our personal contact information to make the whole stay with us hassle free.
