This stunning one-bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. The building has an elevator that can be used to access the apartment. Our apartment offers a cozy accommodation with spacious balcony and sauna right in the сity centre of Tallinn! The apartment is 67m2. It is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay just in the heart of the city. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The building has an elevator that can be used to access the apartment located on the 3rd floor. The apartment comes with TV and free Wifi. There is a smoke detector in the flat. The apartment has one bedroom with Queen-size bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room and one folded bed. Baby cot may be added upon your request. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and a coffee making machine. Cutleries and plates are provided. We have a baby chair to offer. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Essential toiletries, hair dryer and fresh towels are provided. Moreover there is a sauna and a washing machine. Private parking is available (advance reservation required) • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, except on the balcony. The fine for smoking in a non-designated area is 100 euros. • Well-behaved pets are allowed only upon request. • Parties are not allowed in the apartment. Please respect the quiet rules from 11PM until 7 AM.

Located in the very city center, apartment is just few steps away from some of the city’s best restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and much more. Moreover, it is just 10 minutes’ walk distance from the Tallinn Old Town – the oldest part of Tallinn that has managed to wholly preserve its structure of medieval and Hanseatic origin and is registered in the UNESCO World Heritage list! The port is in a 5 minutes’ walking distance from the apartment. There are several big shopping centres like Nautica, Viru mall and Postimaja in 5 minutes’ walk distance from our apartment. The sea promenade is 10 minutes away from the apartment. Public transport stations are also near to you: for example, tram station “Hobujaama” from which you can reach Balti Jaama Bazaar or Kadriorg park.
