Rohuaia Guest Apartments are located in a historic building in Rakvere. In 1915 a two-storey wooden house was built at 13 Rohuaia. There were two 9-room apartments in the building. The owner of the house was Anton Pedriks - a well-known and prosperous merchant, who owned a number of shops. In 1909 to 1915, he was the chairman of the Estonian Education Society in Rakvere. He was the mayor of Rakvere in 1915 to 1917, and after that a city counsellor. During the Soviet period, the building was the Telegraph Office and later the Post Office . The house has undergone extensive renovation work and since 2013 the Rohuaia Café is located on the ground floor of the building. In 2019, Rohuaia Guest Apartments with modern furnishings were opened above the Rohuaia Café. The interior design of Rohuaia 13 was made by Ene Andrushkevichus. The historic wooden house is located close to the city centre. Nearby attractions include Rakvere Castle and Rakvere Police Museum.
