Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it. NOTICE: It is important that guests confirm their telephone number when making the reservation and tell us an approximate arrival time at the accommodation to organize check-in. Remember that it is an apartment and we do not have a reception as such and the only way to avoid waiting is to balance the schedules. We remind you that the check-in time ends at 10:00 p.m. If any guest needs to enter after said time, they must notify in advance and will have an extra cost that they must pay in cash upon arrival.

Charming newly renovated apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms 100 meters from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, SMART TV (the television only has an internet connection) and air conditioning. It has two complete bathrooms with shower, one of them inside the room. It also has an open-plan room with an equipped kitchen (crockery, kitchen utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc.), a dining area for six people and a living room with a sofa bed (it is designed for two children or one adult). It has a laundry room, SMART TV and FREE WIFI for the exclusive use of guests. The housing complex does not have parking. It has an elevator. The views of the apartment are to an interior patio. There is no terrace or balcony. The accommodation is located in a central area in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (also at night) where you can spend lovely evenings. 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 on foot from Siam Park. Guests must take into account when booking that due to the location of the accommodation (very central) there may be noise, both at night (from the pubs) and during the day from the shops. The accommodation environment is adapted and designed for teleworking.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Costa de Adeje a few meters from Playa de las Américas. Central and very touristy area in the south of the island of Tenerife. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs where you can spend some lovely evenings. Due to its strategic location a few meters from the beach and with all the services nearby, it is very possible that there is noise. Please take this into account when booking.
