This newly produced apartment, 130m2, in the Pure South area of ​​Manilva has everything you could wish for for a wonderful holiday. The SPA department with whirlpool and sauna is closed until October 2024 Elegant and modern apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms en suite. The apartment has a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. All rooms have central air conditioning for cool evenings and in the fully equipped modern kitchen you can sit at the kitchen island and look out to sea. In the stylish living room there is a large sofa, flat screen-tv and free wifi that covers the entire apartment. With the large terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea, dining table and sun beds. From the master bedroom and living room you have direct access to the terrace. Only 1.3 km to the sea and the quiet and nice beach Playa De La Chullera. The apartment is on one level and with a nearby lift you can easily get to the apartment and straight down to the private indoor garage space. The apartment is perfect for six guests who also have access to a nice shared pool area and a seasonal indoor jacuzzi with two different types of sauna. The community also have a shared family room with a pool table and a gym. In the area there is a large playground and outdoor gym. Around the corner of the area there is a large park with an additional playground and large grass areas for picnics. For the golfer, there are several golf courses nearby that will suit all levels with everything from Duquesa Golf, Valderrama, Finca Cortesin to Duquesa or Estepona Golf Club.
