Our beautiful 1920s town house is located in the centre of the lively market town of Pedreguer, just 7km inland from the Port of Denia. Guest accommodation is a completely self-contained apartment on the first floor.
We provide a full welcome pack including breakfast stuff, fresh milk, tea, coffee, snacks, soft drinks, a few beers and a bottle of wine, so you can make yourself at home straight away.
The apartment has one double room, one twin room, one family shower room with separate WC (all linens and towels provided), living room, snug, utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen diner.
You get access to the well-stocked ‘honest’ pantry so no buying a litre of olive oil and jars of salt and pepper for a couple of days’ stay! and a big basket of toiletries and essential items you might have forgotten in the bottom of the linen press in the bathroom.
We offer our accommodation for a máximum of 10 nights with the price charged per person per night - so as not to discriminate against solo travellers. Please select the appropriate number of guests to ensure you're quoted the correct price
“As a Vivienda Uso Turistico (VUT) CV-VUT473635-A we only offer stays of up to 10 nights, under a Tourism Contract (conforming with the Dec. Ley 9/2024, 2 August and Ley 15/2018, 7 June, del Consell GVA"
We live in the heart of a lively little market town called Pedreguer on the northern Costa Blanca, on the border between Alicante and Valencia. We spent 4 years painstakingly restoring an abandoned town house to its former glory, and finally moved here in June 2017. We dropped so lucky when we moved here. It’s a brilliant little town with an amazing sense of community, who will have a party at the drop of a hat. We’ve been hosting with Airbnb for a while and had only great experiences with our guests, and we're now branching out onto other platforms.
We hope you’ll leave us loving our little town as much as we do!
We live in the centre of a lovely little town - which means everything is in in walking distance; bars, restaurants, public outdoor pool (open June - September), shops, theatre, library - the lot!
However, you will hear some traffic noise, or people talking in the street below from about 9am Mon-Sat, until about 7pm - with the exception of siesta time, 2-5pm-ish, when the whole place is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. It's incredibly peaceful, and only a handful of bars and the big supermarket at the bottom of town stay open. We are a tiny town though so it's a handful of cars and vans, not Madrid levels!
Fiestas are a whole different ballgame. The big one in July every year, is relentless. Starting the 2nd weekend of July for 10 days, it's party central morning, noon and night. Definitely not the time to visit if you're bothered by noise, plan to catch up on your sleep, or you don't like crowds! If you do then you're in for one hell of a party!
As with many other small towns in Spain, running the bulls is a passionately protected tradition. Whatever your or our views on this activity, it is unlikely to stop in the near future. Bull running takes place in Pedreguer in the main
