"A 1 Minuto de Las Canteras" is located in a privileged environment, just a few steps from the beach and 150 meters from the commercial area of ​​José Mesa y López. Excellent location to enjoy the city and live the beach and, in addition, with excellent communications with the nerve center of Las Palmas and the rest of the Island. You will have all kinds of services in the surroundings (supermarkets, pharmacy, public transport, restaurants, terraces, etc ...). You will love my apartment because of the spaciousness of all the rooms, all of them face the outside and have 3 balconies. You have 2 full bathrooms with a walk-in shower and various types of lighting and bluetooth so you can answer your calls and / or listen to your favorite music while you clean up. In our accommodation we have always carried out cleaning at the level of sanitization, by using quaternary ammonium-based bactericidal products. Now, as a special measure to combat cross-infection and guarantee our safety and that of our guests, we are expanding our cleaning and sanitizing measures with antiviral products.

The accommodation is located in a central area, very commercial and about 100 meters from the Playa de Las Canteras (at the height of the area called "Peña la Vieja"). And a few minutes (in car or taxi) from the Golf Course.
