THIS PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND IS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY AS ITS CLEANED THOROUGHLY BY MYSELF EVERYDAY. I ALSO EMPLOY A CLEANER TO GO IN THE DAY BEFORE RENTALS. THERE IS NOTHING UNCLEAN ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AND THE LOCATION OF THIS RURAL TOWNHOUSE COULD NOT BE BETTER! TAKE A BREAK IN THE HOUSE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF! The Townhouse is lovely, quiet, lots of light, cool basement, large roof terrace with views of town, sunsets and mountainside, close to all amenities & comfortable and clean. Swimming pool just ax5 minute walk. Beach 15 minute drive or 2 hour hike or cycle. Great double bedroom with private access by 10 stairs onto the roof terrace and utility room. Good sized lounge dining room with TV, WiFi and comfort if you choose to stay in. Nice fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances if you like a self catering break. All in all a very nice location, quiet and chilled. Ideal for a family of 3 or 4, children's playgrounds just a stroll away too. (Children 9 yrs to 17 pay 15 euros per night and sleep on the blue sofa bed in lounge) Or a couple on a romantic quiet break or just a few friends. Even the single traveller or workaholic. Not far from Marbella, Malaga, Cordiba, Gubralter and many more business and tourist hot spots. The town just a 2 minute walk also for all amenities. Buses a stroll away too. Fire blanket in kitchen and first aid kit in property aswell as smoke alarm in kitchen and carbon monoxide detector. Security barrier surrounding the 10 stairs going down into basement with large new sofa bed, fresh linen, dining/work table for those workaholics on there weeken away or holidays whom need to work from there laptop in tranquility.

Lovely town with lots to do. Restaurant, bars, cafes, live music, beach nearby and town swimming pool with bar and restaurant too. Not too far from mountains where you can go trek, ctcle or 15 minutes to a small lovely beach with water sports. Quiet location but near to all touristic cities like Marbdlla Malaga, Cordoba and Gibralter. The town of Rute is equipped with everything you need.
