A lovely home with a wall/fence around the garden. At the front door close to the kitchen is a nice patio to dine or have breakfast. On top off the house there is a solar (private sunroof) with distance sea view, and view on the big communal pool with kids area. A good friend of ours cleans the house and is standby for questions. In 2015 we bought our dream house in the sun, we hope to retire there one day… We olso want others to enjoy our home. We bought the house fully furnished (the house hunt took 3 years) and after a good clean we are ready to accommodate you. Everything you will need is in the house available, and every time we renew something. Last year we did our garden and extended the patio and took stone carpet instead of tiles. Comfortable for your feet (not slippery and on a hot day it stays cool). Villamartin plaza with several restaurants, supermarket, golf area and shops is a 10 min walk. La Zenia mega shoppingmall is 10 car minutes away. Several beaches on 5 km distance each with his own atmosphere. Every day you can visit a market with a short drive.
