Underneath, kitchen / office, with all kinds of pots, for cooking (if you feel like it, of course), living room, with sofa bed and large terrace, to take the refreshing "vermouth", when you arrive from the beach. Upstairs, completely diaphanous room, avoiding narrowness and communicating with the bathroom, through a small brick wall of pavements and glass door Air conditioning with cold and heat pump on 2 floors, ceiling fan in the room ...
Quiet summer area for families with children, little traffic, therefore, little noise, easy parking (free parking area just 30 mtrs). The beach of Oliva, has 14 km of fine sand, transparent waters and dune area, unique in the area, ah !, I forgot!, The xiringuitos that we like so much to cool under the shade and why not, give us some dances to the light of the Moon
