A brand new apartment with complete installation of air conditioning has 1 large bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom, a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped integrated American kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster and much more that will make your holidays comfortable from the first day. From the living room there is access to a large terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the mountains with incredible sunrises and sunsets. The property has a private garage. This fantastic urbanization has two outdoor season pools and all year round Spa zone: two heated indoor pools, one with a Jacuzzi and the other one with a counter current, sauna, hammam or Turkish bath, outdoor gym, children's play areas and beautiful gardens.
This luxurious apartment is situated between Villajpyosa and Benidorm just 100m from the beach Playa el Torres. You will be able to enjoy the tranquility of living in a natural environment and close to all imaginable services just 4 minutes away from this real oasis of light due to its proximity to Benidorm and Villajoyosa. On the beach you can find a nice fish restaurant and a bar where you can enjoy delicious food under live music. In the near surroundings you can visit Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Natura, El Castell Guadalest and many other interesting places, so it is recommended to have a car for easy access to all these services.
