Property information

Our flats are located in the emblematic Plaza de la Villa in Madrid, one of the best preserved monumental sites in Madrid. It is located in the historic centre, close to Puerta del Sol and has been the seat of the City Council of the capital. 1-bedroom flats in a simple but very cosy style. Fully equipped with all comforts and independent entrance. We have double beds of 135cm and 150cm, with premium viscoelastic mattresses so that our guests are as rested as possible to make the most of the city.

Neighbourhood information

The address is Plaza de la Villa, nº1. It is the only residential building in this emblematic square. It is the orange building with the large wooden door. The building is on the corner with Calle Mayor. If you come by metro, you can go to Opera or Sol station which are the closest ones to me, they are less than 5 minutes walking distance. If you come by car you can park in the Opera or Plaza Mayor car park.
