Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 50 per week.

Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.

Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.

Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 600, to be charged in the case of damages.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
