I live in Manresa, I am a computer technician in a company of my creation Net Engineer, S.L. I have a couple of flats that I manage myself. We are in constant contact in case of need. We give two mobile phones to reach us at any time.

Picancel is a rental apartment adapted for reduced mobility in La Pobla de Lillet (Berguedà), next to the medieval bridges so characteristic of the town. This rustic apartment is ideal for a couple, although it also has an extra sofa bed in the dining room for two more people, ideal for two children or not very old people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and an adapted bathroom. All the furniture is handmade, inspired by the rural area, but in the apartment there are all the comforts: Wood-burning fireplace, gas heating, two large flat-screen TVs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, ... the rustic and cozy character of this apartment with a strong personality. For the fireplace we leave some courtesy firewood for a load. At the gas station you can buy more firewood, or if you ask us beforehand, we can leave a little more firewood. In the back, there is a door that leads to the street behind, where there is a space available to put a table, parasol and camping chairs, to be able to have a beer outside, the terrace is quite sheltered but it is open and belongs to the public street, but can be used.

The apartment is located in a building on the right side of the Llobregat river. It is located in a very narrow old stone street, so it is impossible to park in front of the house, although not very large cars can pass and stop to unload. To access the building, standing in front of the town hall, where there is the pharmacy, you have to cross the small stone bridge that is right in front, and about 30 meters away, there is the red apartment building. We are right in front of a restaurant and 60 meters from the town hall and the town center, but being on the other side of the river allows us to be a little calmer.
