Unique property in Tenerife, brand new and recently renovated! perfect for famillies, couples and bussiness trips, as it has 5G Fiber, designed for teleworking . This luxury property of approx. 125m2 plus two terraces with incredible panoramic views over the ocean on the seafront, in Tabaiba, 5 minutes walk from the Radazul marina and with private access to the sea from the property. The property is distributed in 2 large bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a kitchen next to its large open-concept living room with large wall-to-wall windows connected to the terrace which provides great light and views of the entire property. It is located in a building, with 1 parking space and its exit to the natural saltwater pool. Around it we will find the beach and the natural pools of Tabaiba at the foot of the sea, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and very well connected to the TF-1 highway that will connect you to the Radazul marina in less than 8 minutes or less than 10 minutes from the center of the Capital of Tenerife.

I am a very good cook, since I had two themed restaurants, I like the order and cleanliness. I am a hardworking woman and I love sharing good times with family and friends.

Tabaiba Baja is located in the municipality of El Rosario which was formerly a coastal town and now exceeds 500 inhabitants, transforming into a quiet residential area with spectacular views of the valley of Gúímar in the east and west to the bordering municipality of Candelaria, having easy access to any point of the island. Around Tabaiba has restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, taxi and bus stops, there is also a marina and a large avenue that invites you to take a walk. Especially at night you can practice any kind of sport, such as running or bike. As for the activities in the area, I stress that through the availability of a dock it is possible to fish, in addition to the existence of several diving schools in case you want to venture into the marine world. There is even the possibility of learning from kayak and / or surf courses, that is, a wide range of water activities.
