This holiday, seafront, apartment is newly renovated and situated on the second floor of an apartment complex in a small coastal village, Villaricos, 90 km from Almeria Airport. It includes a spacious living-dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen (utensils, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and fridge-freezer). It has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds of 105 cm and 90 cm, and the other with a 135 cm bed), a fully equipped bathroom, and a toilet. It accommodates 4 persons. Additionally, it includes a Smart-TV. An appreciated attraction are the large sea front windows offering open views of the beach and sea. Thanks to its central location in the village, you can find bars and restaurants just a few steps away, without losing the luxury of being isolated in a small and charming village. One of the sandy beaches is right in front of the house. Bedding and towels are included in the price. Free parking spaces are available in the vicinity.
Villaricos is a fishing village that also has a marina and facilities for diving activities. In the surroundings, you'll find the "Salar de los Canos," included in Andalusia's wetlands inventory, with excellent bird watching throughout the year. In the surroundings, there are beautiful hiking or cultural routes through the famous Phoenician and Roman archaeological sites.
