This villa is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday, it is very close to any urban center, located in a central place and at the same time outside the suburb of the big cities. The villa is developed on a single floor, consists of 3 bedrooms. It has two large fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen and two living rooms (one for reading and another of them equipped with TV). In addition, it has a 60 m2 terrace with a private garden of 100 m2. It has WIFI and high speed Internet, Sat. TV, free parking outside the main entrance of the house. The beaches of Melenara, Salinetas, La Garita and Playa del Hombre, are 7km away. For sports enthusiasts, the Golf Course-Ténis-Hípica El Cortijo is 6 km away, hiking trails are very close and water sports (Surfing, Body Board or Windsurfing) on ​​nearby beaches. The Shopping Centers, Fashion Stores, Hypermarkets, Leisure Areas and many restaurants are within a radius of 5 and 8 km. Its capital, Las Palmas is 15 km away (20 minutes by car), the beautiful beaches of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés 35 km away (25 minutes by car) and the airport is 12 km away.

Our city, along with its beaches, sports areas, shopping and leisure centers, also has an old neighborhood very close, called San Francisco, which with its cobblestone streets gives it a special charm. It also has an archaeological zone, called Cuatro Puertas, which makes Telde have a tourist attraction as well.
