Este apartamento se sitúa en pleno centro histórico de Almería. Perfecto para estar a un paso de multitud de zonas de ocio y vivir la gastronomía de Almería desde su núcleo. La playa se encuentra a 5 min en coche y 20 min andando. Se encuentra en una tercera planta sin ascensor, cuenta con dos amplias habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, un baño y un amplio salón - cocina para disfrutar de la estancia como zona social. El apartamento está climatizado por una máquina centralizada por conductos.
