In the middle of Conil de la Frontera is the charming, lovingly furnished apartment La Tahona de Max & Jan, which enchants visitors with its central location just a few hundred meters from the sea. The apartment extends over two floors of a townhouse, with its entrance on the first floor, and is suitable for families. It consists of a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with a bunk bed for 2-3 children, 0.9 m x 2 m each) as well as a modern bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, fans, a television, a baby cot (upon request) and a high chair. There are also toys and children's books for the little guests to play with. The upper floor, which can be reached via a staircase with a railing, features a rooftop terrace equipped with lounge furniture and which is available for your private use. The beautiful plants, outdoor showers, barbecue and the sea view promise a relaxing holiday in the sunshine and with plenty of privacy. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away and the nearest sandy beach, Playa de los Bateles, is only 500 m or a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. A garage is available for your car. Pets are allowed if requested in advance (extra charge). This property does not have a central heating. However, it has some electric portable heaters. The apartment is not rented to young groups under 30 years of age. A babysitter can be booked for an additional fee. The owners will be happy to help you with any questions or problems you may have during your stay. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
