JUST 180 METRES AWAY FROM THE ARENAL SQUARE, 200 METRES FROM THE ARAB FOSTRESS ALCAZAR AND 100 METRES FROM THE WORLDWIDE KONWN WINERIES GONZALEZ BYASS(VISITS EVERY DAY ALL YEAR AROUND AND FESTIVAL TIO PEPE IN SUMMER TIME). THE APARTMENT IS SITUATED IN A BUILDING WITH A INNEN PATIO AND GARAGE, SITUATED IN LOW FLOOR WITH THREE BEDROOMS AND WELL EQUIPED TWO BATHROOMS. THE CAPACITY IS FOR 8 PERSONS MAXIMUM. MODERN FUNITURE AND NICE DECORATION ALL AROUND THE PLACE. GARAGE AVAILABLE IN THE SAME BUILDING UNDER THE CIST OF 5 EUROS PER DAY.
