This spacious accommodation is ideal for a holiday. Just 10 minutes from the airport by car and 15 minutes from Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. The modern style house is distributed in 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen-dining room, a large bathroom and a small interior terrace. This apartment with 1 bedroom and living room with sofa bed has 70 m2 for private and exclusive use for guests. It is located on the ground floor of a 3-story building. Newly renovated apartment and fully equipped with everything you need. No outside windows. It has wifi, air conditioning, sofa bed, oven, washing machine, etc.
