Apartment overlooking pool near Alcossebre beach

Complejo Al-Andalus offers apartments overlooking the outdoor swimming pool and gardens. Alcossebre’s Passeig Marítim Promenade and the beach are just 500 metres away. Apartamentos Al-Andalus have a spacious living-dining room with large sliding doors, which open out onto a furnished balcony. All include a fully-equipped kitchen. Free WiFi is available in the rooms. Bed linen is provided. The apartments are just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Alcossebre, where guests will find bars, restaurants and shops. Al-Andalus restaurant serves Spanish cuisine during the summer months. There are 2 Nature Reserves within 25 minutes’ drive of the apartments, Parc Natural de la Serra d'Irta and Parc Natural del Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca. Property information

500 m from the beach and 500 m from the urban center of Alcoceber. of the Las Fuentes urbanization. Residential complex of apartments in ground floor properties plus 2 or 3 floors depending on the building. We have one-bedroom apartments with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, and standard apartments that have 1 bedroom with a double bed, a cabin with bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen open to the dining room with washing machine and microwave, TV. Flat, full bathroom and terrace. Swimming pool for adults and children and gardens. Half board includes breakfast and lunch or dinner. Please indicate your preference in the special requests box of the booking form. Drinks are not included in the half board plan. A free children's menu is offered for children 6 years and younger. The rate includes towels and bed linen for Half Board stays. Accommodation only stays only include sheets. Towels for rent for 5 EUR set. Pets are allowed, with a supplement of EUR50 for the entire stay and a maximum of 1 animal per reservation. Stays from September 18, October to June 5 for 7 or more nights do not include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed upon departure according to the consumption made by the client, according to the meter reading.

All Ground Floor apartments have Hot/Cold Air Conditioning and carry a supplement of 10 EUR per day, payable at reception.

The apartments Capacity of 6 adults can be booked with hot/cold air conditioning according to availability and carries a supplement of 10 EUR per day, paid at reception.

Pets are allowed in the apartments on request at a cost of EUR 50 per stay/booking and just 1 pet per perservation. Pets are NOT allowed in the common areas of the complex.

Bed linen and towels are included in Half Board reservations. For Room Only bookings, only bed linen is provided.

Parking in a closed garage for an additional fee of EUR 5 per day, upon request at reception.

Stays from September 23th to June 6th of 7 nights or more do NOT include electricity in the price of the stay, it will be billed at the departure according to the consumption made by the client. Electricity fee: 0.35 €/kW

Guests are required to clean the kitchen and dispose of any garbage before departure. If this condition is not met, a €25 penalty will be deducted from the deposit.
