Are you ready to soak up the sun on your private terrace with direct sea views? Breakfasts or dinners will become a daily treat during a dream vacation, thanks to the privileged location of all the apartments, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The building consists of 3 apartments. Avenida 1 and Avenida 2 have two bedrooms, and the master bedrooms in each of them feature air conditioning/heating units. Avenida 3 has one bedroom and does not have air conditioning. All three apartments have their own private terrace with sea views. Each apartment includes a private terrace, living room, dining area-kitchen, and private bathroom with shower. One of the two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. All apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, a safe, satellite TV, washing machine, iron, Nespresso coffee maker, and include cleaning services. Located in the center of Playa Blanca, with the convenience of having all services nearby (restaurants, supermarkets, taxi rank, cafés, pharmacy, etc.).

Neighbourhood information

Avenida apartments are located in the south of Lanzarote, in Playa Blanca. They are situated on the seafront with views towards the islands of Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos. It's a 10-minute walk to the port where you can board a ferry if you wish to visit Fuerteventura during the day. The taxi stand is a 3-minute walk away, and there are numerous services nearby such as car rentals, bicycles, supermarkets, cafes, etc. Feel free to visit our nearby office at C/ Doña Bienvenida, 16 for tourist information to explore the island during your stay.
