The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, integrated into a spacious living room, perfectly equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. You will find a dining area, Smart TV and free high-speed internet in all rooms, as well as air conditioning. Its large terrace overlooking the beach and the sea will not leave you indifferent. It has hammocks for sunbathing, electric awnings and an outdoor table to enjoy a meal outdoors. Nueva Suecia Apartment CR715 is part of a private apartment complex and has parking and private access to the beach and avenue via stairs. You will find everything you may need to enjoy your vacation a few meters from the apartment. A supermarket at the entrance of the complex, the beach avenue with its wide variety of restaurants, the San Agustín Shopping Center just 1 km away and the connection with buses to enjoy the best enclaves!
