This building is ideal for both beach lovers and those who enjoy exploring the city on foot. Located in the Sant Martí neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the beach, the building offers various accommodation options tailored to each client's needs. Among them, the apartments with balconies stand out for their spaciousness, brightness, and impressive views. For added convenience, the building has a customer service office during business hours and parking available for guests. We are happy to assist our guest anytime, arranging transport from the airport, recommending places to eat and visit, storing luggage if you plan to arrive early or if you have a late flight, anything you may need during your holiday. Please note: Hot water is limited by the capacity of the electric water heater (70 to 125 liters depending on the apartment). It takes 45 minutes to refill (solar panels). The A/C is not located in the bedroom.
