Two cozy studios/apartments, both with a private terrace. Discover my two charming studios on the same floor of a small building in Cártama, ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. Both apartments feature a private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Accommodation Options 🏡 Piso Nemo: 1 bedroom with a double bed (option to separate into 2 singles), bathroom, separate kitchen (fridge, microwave, Italian coffee maker, and ceramic hob), large terrace, and SMART TV. NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for long stays, as it is smaller and does not have a washing machine. 🏡 Piso Doris: Penthouse/studio with a double bed, full kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine, Italian coffee maker), SMART TV, and terrace with incredible views of the mountains of Cártama. Barbecue available (on request). Both apartments: ✅ Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi for a comfortable stay. ✅ Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. ✅ Easy access for seniors, thanks to the elevator to the second floor. ✅ Pet-friendly: Your pet is welcome (surcharge per stay, payable in cash at the property).
