We are Alvaro & Alvaro, two experienced Booking and Airbnb users who have made out of Marinas Homes a project built with loads of passion and love. He have used our personal experiences to create our modest houses in the beach, so you could feel them as your home.

Property information

*Swimming Pool available all year round. Located just 400m away from the beach, Bahia Marinas is a space created and designed just for you. A project created with love and dedication. The house has been completely refurbished and has got all the facilities you would expect, just to make you feel at home. The urbanisation's got communal gardens and two pools. Close to restaurants shops and the seafront path of Vera-Garrucha. On your arrival you will be welcomed with the Bahía Marinas welcome kit which will contain coffee, tea, sugar, oil, shower gel and shampoo, etc. Description: - Distance to the beach: less than 400m - Bahía Marinas is ground floor apartment which contains: - Main space with living room and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and oven. - Two bedroom, first one ensuite bedroom with double bed and fully equipped bathroom. The second is a twin bedroom and a toilet with shower in the corridor. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. - Private garden at the back of the house with an outside dinning area. The garden is furnished with sun beds for sunbathing. - Air Conditioning in all rooms. -Heating in all rooms. -Shower towels provided. -Wifi (high speed fibre broadband) accesible in the whole apartment. -40" TV with free Netflix account. -Parasol and beach chairs provided. - Private parking.

Neighbourhood information

Bahia Marinas is a project which has been created with love and dedication. The house has been recently redecorated and has got all the facilities you would expect, just to make you feel at home. Bahia Marinas is located in the Puerto Rey Beach area. You can literately walk 5 min to get to the beach, which has got a beautiful seafront walk. We recommend you to try any of the restaurants in Garrucha and its famous red shrimps. Just stepping out the urbanisation you will find few bares and small shops. For bigger shoppings you have got a big supermarket (Mercadona) just 5 min driving. The urbanisation's got communal gardens and pools. Close to restaurants shops and the seafront path. Reach Cabo de Gata National Park in just 30min driving & Vera Aqua Park in 5 min
