Bcn Paseo De Gracia Rocamora Apartment has three different addresses: In Paseo de Gracia 51 there are several apartments with two and three bedrooms; Pau Claris street 97 is a 3-bedroom penthouse with a terrace and Caspe street 30 is a 2-bedroom penthouse with a terrace. The three buildings are very close together and offer modern apartments with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony or terrace. Air-conditioned and heated, the apartments include a living area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Each has a modern kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bcn Paseo De Gracia Rocamora Apartment also includes a private bathroom with a bath or a shower. Hairdryer, towels and bed linen are provided. A sturdy building over a century old adapted to our time, with a customized attention and service to each and every one of our clients. Our apartments are fully equipped and as the journalist Màrius Carol wittingly points out: “Paseo de Gracia Street is nowadays a sample of a Barcelona that loves to primp for visitors and offer itself like a postcard”. Definitely, a place of which we Barcelonians feel very proud to show to the world.

Our building of Paseo de Gracia 51 is located in the famous and elegant Paseo de Gracia Street, where the most exclusive shops of the city are found. Also, this street is the most authentic sample of Catalan modernism. Buildings like the Casa Batlló or Casa Milà (better known as "La Pedrera") both designed by Antonio Gaudi are less than 10 meters away from our apartment. Being right in the heart of Barcelona, we are only a five minute walk away from Catalonia Square, the center of the city and the place where La Rambla Street begins, the most visited and busiest street in Barcelona where you will find, among others, the famous Boqueria Market, the Liceu Theatre, the enigmatic Gothic Quarters and the Old Harbor, from where you will be able to admire the Old Customs buildings and the beautiful boats anchored. While staying at Paseo de Gracia you will have any place in Barcelona only one step away.Architectural heritage, exhibitions, first class gastronomic and hotel variety or luxury shops are only a part of what can be found on this boulevard just over one kilometer long. All of this will be enough for the visitorsto be reassured that their expectations will be met.
