The bright and spacious AQUARELLE apartments are located in a new newly built house, located 100 m from the beach. New furniture, household appliances and equipment make living in these apartments especially comfortable. The complex has a swimming pool, children's playground, table tennis tables, and recreation areas.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the center of the very picturesque town of Calpe, next to the main Blue Flag beach of Arenal-Bol. Within walking distance: shops and restaurants, the historical city center (old town), the main square. Along the embankment you can walk to the main attraction of Calpe - the Peñon de Ifach natural park - and, if you wish, climb to its very top, from which you will have a stunning and breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding area. Calpe is also home to the natural salt lake Las Salinas, which is home to pink flamingos, royal herons and storks.
