Property information

Ultra modern apartment recently renovated overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the landscape of the dunes of Playa del Inglés. Composed of two rooms with glass windows and fitted wardrobes, large and bright bathroom with shower, kitchenette and large living room that opens onto a magnificent balcony. The complex has a 24-hour reception service, heated pool and large garden areas.

Neighbourhood information

Playa del Inglés is an area of Maspalomas, with a wide variety of shopping centers, hotels and apartment buildings or landscaped bungalow complexes, where the residential population alternates with the tourist occupation. It is also a well-known mecca of gay tourism, especially popular for non-Europeans. Playa del Inglés is the east coast of the Maspalomas dunes, from Punta Maspalomas to San Agustín Beach, in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, belonging to the Canarian archipelago (Spain). This beach has about 3km, the same extension as Maspalomas, and has an average width of 100m. Its fine golden sand and calm waters have made it one of the most popular beaches in the whole country. Receive visitors during the twelve months of the year.
