The villa has a beautiful PRIVATE POOL suitable for swimming in summer season. 3 rooms with double bed, built-in wardrobe and plasma TV in each one of them. (Set of sheets included) BATHROOM is fully equipped with shower tray and bathtub with towels and bath gel. THE KITCHEN fully equipped with household items, (crockery, cutlery, pans, saucepans ..) Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher. OUTSIDE there is a covered barbecue grill for barbecues or paellas. On the terrace you have a terrace table with 6 chairs. There are radiators throughout the house (for winter)
Welcome to our chalet. We will be happy to receive you.
Very close to the "NATURAL PARK of the Sierra Calderona" ideal for hiking and mountain biking. At only 10 min walking we have the park of San Vicente (where you can go for a walk). 10 min from the chalet we can find the shopping center "El Teddy" in L'Eliana. (Although in the same town Lliria you can find Mercadona, consum .. to go shopping). It is a VERY QUIET and comfortable urbanization that is very close to everything. (valence, beach, mountain, etc.) It is an ideal place if you are looking for tranquility and being surrounded by nature.
