Property information

We offer to rent 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms’ apartment of around 150 m2, terrace included, with fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped not for holiday rental but for normal living, therefore you can expect all needed items. In the living/dining room there is a flat screen 48-inch TV, Bluetooth stereo, so you can connect your music, sofa bed, a table sitting 4 and 4 chairs. Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Box-spring bed, has en-suite bathroom and the separate dressing. The guest bedroom as a comfortable bed with a high quality mattress, wardrobes and a separate bathroom with shower bath. There is also a laundry with laundry machine and tumble dryer. Guests will have access to the underground parking, the garage gate is operated with a remote control. Outside there is a 115 m2 outdoor swimming pool that is 16.8 metres long. It has a 0.5 metre children's area, and 280 m2 of paved and gardened rest area. There is also a 200m2 sunbath area protected by panoramic windows. Inside there is an indoor pool with a group of jets with 5 settings, and waterfall, a glass-fronted sauna for 9 people with sea views, 2 bi-thermal showers and a Turkish bath with six places.

Neighbourhood information

From Malaga airport: Drive direction Torremolinos, then take the motorway AP 7 direction Algeciras (115 km, 70 minutes). Motorway toll will be around 15 Euro, depending season/car. Take the exit no. 124 Alcaidesa La Linea. Go right to El Faro Alcaidesa, right again and pass the entrance control. Drive straight ahead till you will arrive into a small city center, where Alcaidesa Property management agency is located (Next to La Hacienda pizzeria). Alcaidesa Property Team will accompany the client to the apartment Monday to Saturday, from 9 to 21 o‘clock with no additional charge. If you arrive outside these times, please inform us/them, and the additional surcharge of 50 Euro will be billed for this service.
