Charming duplex apartment, located in the Cabanyal neighborhood, is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom, living room, kitchen open to the living room and balcony. It has air conditioning and free WiFi. Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia since it is 4 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, with a bus and tram stop a few meters away and very close to the Polytechnic University. The 70 m2 duplex apartment has the following spaces: -Large living-dining room with comfortable sofa, HD-TV, 1 single folding bed of 160x200 cm, round table for 4 people and air conditioning with access to balcony. -Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle and all the household items necessary for cooking. - Spacious master bedroom located at the top with the charm of a sloping ceiling, accessed by stairs, 160x200 cm double bed and wardrobe. - Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, large sink and mirror. It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: Hand gel. Coffee capsules and 1.5l water bottle. From mineral water. Services and common areas: - WiFi included. - Central hot/cold air conditioning included. - Check in in person with tourist information. - Check-in after 9:00 p.m. carries a supplement to be paid in cash on arrival.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the maritime neighborhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. XIX and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea and frequently portrayed by the painter Sorolla and the writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is the currently fashionable neighborhood, due to the social awareness that the importance of the traditional and the authentic has generated. With the reopening of the Musical Theater and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's newest cultural offering has its epicenter in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighborhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly valued places to go for beers and tapas.
