Two-bedroom townhouse completely renovated and perfectly equipped, ideal for a person traveling alone, as a couple or for a small family. It is an urban modern house, plenty of natural light and charming, Surely you'll be surprised, you will feel at home. The house is distributed at one level, the open-plan living room has a comfortable sofa, satellite television and a modern kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms are double, one of them has a King size bed and the other bedroom has a trundle bed of 1.00 x 2.00. The bathroom, as the rest of the house is modern and has a walk-in shower. It has a pleasant patio of 27 m² that provides natural light to the whole house and is perfect for breakfast or al fresco dining. Fully air-conditioned, we will enjoy the right temperature in all rooms.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in S'Illot on the east of Mallorca, between the fishing village of Porto Cristo and the town of Sa Coma. Here you will find large supermarkets, good restaurants by the sea and shops to go shopping. On foot or by bicycle you will reach the beach of Sa Coma, more than 800 meters long, characterized by fine white sand, clear waters and quality tourist services, and the highlight is Cala Morlanda, of crystalline water is ideal for snorkeling or diving. A short walk to the sea and over the cliffs and you swim in this dream beach, excellent! Sa Coma festivities are held in mid-July and stand out by offering many activities for tourists and residents: Multicultural Fair, concerts and sporting activities.
