2-story townhouse with garden in a newly built community surrounded by forest and nature. Maximum peace of mind. Magnificent views of the forest and mountains. Capacity: 7 people. It has a private garden with an awning, table and chairs for dining, connected to a large community garden. - GROUND FLOOR: Living/dining room with wood stove, Smart-TV and exit to the garden. Very complete American kitchen. Cleanliness. - 1st FLOOR: 1 double suite with full bathroom with bathtub and excellent views. 1 double room with two beds. 1 triple room with bunk bed and trundle bed. 1 full bathroom with bathtub. - BASEMENT: garage, game room and washer/dryer room. - Central heating with remote control and thermostat. - Parking (entrance at the end of the street on the left. Penultimate space on the left) - NESPRESSO coffee machine

Neighbourhood information

Bor is a very small town in the municipality of Bellver de Cerdaña, with about 100 inhabitants. 4.5 km from Bellver, a central town with all services. There are 2 recommended restaurants less than 10 minutes walk from the house: "Cal Xena" and "El Tupí de la Cerdanya". Bor is located in a privileged enclave, surrounded by meadows and lush forests that contrast with the limestone of the Serrat de la Quera. It is one of the towns through which the Camí dels Capellans runs, which was used ancestrally by the chaplains who traveled on foot from the town of Bellver to Pedra and Bor. With hardly any unevenness, between meadows, crop fields and riverside vegetation. Its church (Church of St.Marcel) is Romanesque, from the 11th century. 1 km south of the town we find the Fou de Bor Fountain, and near it is the well-known Fou de Bor Cave. Ideal area for excursions on foot or by bike, nature walks, routes and trails with wonderful views.
