Welcome to this comfortable two-story home, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a huge kitchen, all decorated with African motifs, you will love it! You can come with your pet up to 10 kg for small a fee for the entire stay. For Companies: we do not issue an invoice. You will be next to the beach and a 3 km walk along the beautiful coast of Puzol beach. You will have air conditioning and heating. In addition, you will be just 23 km from the city of Valencia, with its spectacular City of Arts and Sciences and its Oceanographic Centre, the magnificent Turia Gardens, the beautiful North Station (train and high-speed train station), the glorious historic center (Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen, Miguelete, Lonja de la Seda) and much more!
You will be in paradise. Very quiet area, perfect for a well-deserved rest, with a walk of almost 3 km, beach less than 100 m not crowded, and with accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Nearby is also the dog beach. Very close to the house there are several restaurants (Mediterranean, hamburgers) and an ice cream parlor. Also nearby there is a pharmacy and the health center in summer.
