This spacious, modern apartment is perfect for a family of four or two couples. The apartment is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen/ living space including a dining area, TV and seating. The large balcony is equipped with an outside dining area and two sun loungers which over looks the communal pool. The nearest airport is Alicante airport which is 62km away and Region de Murcia airport which is 60km away.
One of our friendly hosts will be on hand for the duration of your stay, should you have any questions.
A quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to everything you need for a perfect holiday in the sun. Some of Costa Blanca's beautiful beaches are less than a 10 minute drive away, the nearest being La Zenia beach. The nearest supermarket (Aldi) is a 5 minute walk away. Via park 3 is a 10 minute walk which offers restaurants and bars. Just a 20 minute walk to the popular Villamartin Plaza and a 10 minute drive to La Fuente commercial centre both offering a variety of restaurants, bars, live music and entertainment. The famous La Zenia Boulevard (largest shopping mall in the Alicante province) is just a 5 minute drive which provides shops, restaurants, a supermarket and entertainment experience for the whole family. The area is a golfers paradise, Villamartin Golf Club is a 5 minute drive, Las Ramblas & Campoamor a 10 minutes drive and Los Colinas a 15 minutes drive.
