Hi, welcome to my page and hopefully, one day to my home. I live permanently in Spain and rent my home as my primary source of income. I have over the years renovated the house and gardens, but have tried to keep a Spanish-Moroccan feel to it. Simple but modern. I used to be a carer in the UK for adults with learning difficulties. I moved to Spain a number of years ago, with my husband. I enjoy meeting people and am always here for my guests, if they need me, or my assistant who lives walking distance from the villa. With incredible panoramic views of the Valley and Mountain where you can walk bike and hike to your heart's content. For the youngsters, or adults who want to have fun and be a bit independent we have a tent that can be pitched in the wood; the only strict rule is no open fires or wood fires! (Ask me for this item) The gardens and house are predominantly on the level with a ramp up to the swimming pool and open air shower. (I have a purpose-built removeable ramp to access one bedroom for those who may need a wheelchair). The large wet-room bathroom has level access with a full sized bath and bidet. * Darts can be used - signed for by a responsible adult; for the duration of your stay. * If you forget charcoal, I provide 1 bag free to get you started. * Please be aware NO open or wood fires are allowed in the area due to fire risk, a bag of charcoal is provided. * In winter I supply a wheelbarrow of indoor firewood free. Extra wheelbarrows will have a charge. (you will use the fire responsibly and no children will be allowed to use or interact with the fireplace) * NO Plastic Confetti allowed! A short stroll down the drive leads to a picnic area with drinkable spring water, and walking routes in the countryside. Shops and bars are a few minutes drive away (10min) in our closest villages of Macastre and Alborache. In Macastre (our municipality) you will find the closest Bakers, Butchers, lottery/cigarettes and local shop. Valencia is an amazing city where ancient architecture meets the future at the world famous City of Arts and Sciences which is often used in Dr Who and other sci-fi movies.
