I’ve lived in the area of all my rental properties for more than 12 years and know the area extremely well. I live by the beach with my husband and daughter and am always on hand to ensure my guests have the best holiday!

Property information

Perfect villa and location for a family holiday. This spacious villa can sleep up to 12 people and has ample outdoor space, a large swimming pool and plenty of sunbathing and seating space. Located close to transport links to El Campello, Alicante and Benidorm, and with a local beach, bars and restaurants, Villa Beavan makes the perfect holiday villa.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a small, quiet and relaxed area, a short drive or bus ride to a small number of bars and shops, plus transport links to nearby El Campello, and 30 minutes away to Benidorm and Alicante. The local bus runs hourly and can provide transport to the local beach, El Campello town, or to the nearby tram station that has direct links to Alicante in one direction, and Benidorm in the other.
