The property is located 10 min drive from Gibraltar, 30 min drive from Tarifa, 40 min drive from Marbella Puerto Banus, 20 min drive from Alcaidesa Golf Course, San Roque Golf Course, Valderrama, La Reserva Club Sotogrande
The area is very quiet and rural, but with all necessities around like a pharmacy, 24h convenient store, bars, restaurants, fitness, vet, bank and a train station San Roque with direct trains to Madrid.
