The cosy holiday home 'Casa Abeurador' en el Casco Antiguo is located in Artá and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 2-storey property is a wonderful mix of centennial and modern features and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are on the first floor, one in front of the other. There is a whirlpool bath tub, similar to a jacuzzi. The property licence does not allow more than 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with furniture and an open terrace. Pets and parties are not allowed. For all our guests, we offer a free "welcome pack" with fresh, local products to enjoy upon arrival.
