Beautiful attached house with two bedrooms for 6 persons with all servicies for enjoy the best holidays. There are 90 squared meters terrace for make barbecues, night dinners and read a book under the stars. Also there is our community pool open 365 days at year and green areas for do walks, bike, or run. The home is completely new for enjoy your best vacations. House totally new. LICENCIA: CV-VUT-512519-A For stays of more than 10 nights it will be neccesary to sign a contract by the spanish law called LAU 29/1994 de 24 november. And for stays of 10 nights or less it will be neccesary to sign a contract by the spanish law called Dec. Ley 9/2024 de 2 august and Ley 15/2018 de 7 june from Consell GVA,
I am a person who make a lot of bookings when I travel and I know the servicies that the people look when they travel. We want to offer the best house where you can enjoy how you are at home and if is possible better!! The house is decorated until the last detail with love.
The house where is located has all servicies around, 10 minutes in car to center of Torrevieja and the best beachs. You can go to pharmacy, market, bar, restaurant walking. Also there is public transport very cheap. And you can enjoy our most famous Pink lagoon very near also 15 minutes walking and see the best sunset.
