I’ve lived in the area of all my rental properties for more than 12 years and know the area extremely well. I live by the beach with my husband and daughter and am always on hand to ensure my guests have the best holiday!

Property information

A stylish and modern open plan villa located close to local bars and shops, with spectacular mountain views. With a beautiful private pool, this property is close to transport links to the nearby beach and local towns. The open plan living area is ideal for family time and socialising. The patio doors open out onto a large terrace with bbq, dining area for up to 6 and a relaxing seating area overlooking the private pool.

Neighbourhood information

Located in a small, quiet and relaxed area, close to a small number of bars and shops, plus transport links to nearby El Campello, and 30 minutes away to Benidorm and Alicante. The local bus runs hourly and can provide transport to the local beach, El Campello town, or to the nearby tram station that has direct links to Alicante in one direction, and Benidorm in the other.
