Located at the foot of the AS-379 highway, our home is a guarantee of rest, comfort and tranquility. Independent accommodations that have a double room and another room with two beds, recommended for 4 people. Another accommodation for 2 people with a room with two beds. Each of them has a sofa bed in the living room available to another person. In addition to a shower tray and hair dryer in the bathroom. Washing machine included. And fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating available in cold weather with regulated hours. Outside you can enjoy a shared terrace and garden independently. With the possibility of having an outdoor barbecue. We also have private outdoor parking and free Wi-Fi (fiber).
As a manager, I want to thank you for paying attention to these properties for a few minutes. I am clear that this is what you are looking for. I would love to meet you, and make you feel at home. I am a young, nice, polite, respectful and willing to receive you. I love dealing with people, giving interesting tourist information, keeping an eye on guests so that they are comfortable, and if a problem arises, trying to find a solution as soon as possible. For example, I love to travel and I am looking for the same as a client. And always my best option are apartments, for the freedom of being at home.
In the town, Nueva de Llanes, you can find restaurants where you can eat in a very varied way (such as traditional Asturian food), bars, candy stores, supermarkets, butcher shop, pharmacy, doctor, laundry a few meters from the accommodation, sports center... and a beach just a stone's throw away. 2 km: Cuevas del Mar. In addition to this, around the eastern coast you will find a variety of beaches, such as what is considered the smallest beach in the world: Gulpiyuri. Good ubication Not only beaches, but also very enriching destinations and activities to enjoy your stay very close to our accommodation.
