LA vivienda se ubica en Genovés al comienzo del Camino Lance Padilla, un sendero lineal de dificualtad media y un descenso de 600m en 15minutos hasta la costa, ofrece unas vistas durante el camino y una vez llegado abajo el pueblo histórico de Garachico está a otros 15min a pie. Genovés es un pueblo que ofrece uno de los mejores puertos de montaña de la isla para los amantes del ciclismo, la carretera TF-82 Podemos observar Halcones y águilas todos los días a la altura de Casa LA Oliva, estáticas en el aire durante minutos, siempre en busca de alguna presa... además mucha variedad de otras aves Aire limpio y fresco que sube por el acantilado directamente del mar.
