Hola! We are Isabelle and Daniel, an Austro-Spanish couple who instantly fell in love with Lanzarote when we first visited the island in 2010. Since then, we have spent many family holidays on our favorite Canary island and with each visit our wish grew stronger to have our own place on the island. In 2021 our dream came true, and we found this authentic village house in Haria. Then came a looooooong period of renovating and now we are happy to open our holiday home for you. We hope that you will share our love for Lanzarote and Haria. You will be able to relax and unwind while enjoying unique landscapes, discovering Cesar's Manrique mind-blowing creativity and feel welcomed by the warm people of Lanzarote. We are very lucky to have teamed with Chamaida, a lovely and welcoming Spanish lady, who takes care of our house and our guests when we are not on the island. She will be happy to be here for you and your needs and make sure you have an unforgettable holiday in Haria.

Casa La Tunera is a typical Canarian house, which was first build in 1920. A complete renovation and makeover which lasted more than 2 years make Casa La Tunera a perfect blend of tradition and contemporary comfort. The very spacious house spreads over 3 levels and is therefore not suited for guests with limited mobility. The bathroom and one of the three bedrooms are outside on the 3rd level and can be reached via the terraces. The house is perfect for you if you would like to experience the Canarian outdoors living style and enjoy the wonderful climate of Lanzarote all year round. It is also a very suitable house for families, even with smaller children who can run around the large spaces in total safety (promise, we have already tried that!).

Haria, nestled in the valley of the 1000 palm trees, is only 35 minutes away from Arrecife airport. It enjoys a special microclimate which makes it the only place in Lanzarote with so many palm trees.
It is an authentic and preserved Canarian village with its own Manrique museum, cozy boutiques and a great food and crafts market. Every Saturday, Haria hosts its weekly market, and the village attracts visitors from all over the island. There is a large choice of delicious restaurants in Haria. We specially love to have our lunch at the local food market.
In short driving distance you find the amazing beaches of Arrieta, Punta Mujeres and Caleton blanco. Arrieta is also a great spot for surfing and Punta Mujeres is famous for its natural pools. Isabelle's favourite beach is Caleton blanco, a stunning lagoon - in 15 minutes driving distance from Casa La Tunera.
In the close surroundings you find landmarks such as the Cactus Garden in Mala, the Jameos del Agua, la Cueva del Verde, el Mirador del Rio, el Mirador de Haria and Cesar Manrique's last home converted in a museum. The Fundacion Manrique in Tahiche and the spectacular Lagomar museum in Nazareth are in a 20- minute driving distance from Haría.
Haria is also a great starting point for hiking tours. If you look for an authentic Canarian experience, away from large tourist crowds, then staying in Haria is certainly the right choice for you.
