Casa Maja (beautiful house) is a fantastic home for those wanting a little more from their holiday accommodation. We are new to this platform but have many years experience of letting and have over 150 up to date five star reviews. A large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, spacious living room, three en-suite bedrooms and all the amenities you could ask for including fast, fibre internet over the whole villa and surrounding terraces and a TV system with all channels. The upstairs bedroom terrace has sea views and looks down onto the kitchen/outside dining patio with stone table and seating for al-fresco dining, the gardens and the swimming pool area with space for everyone to take full advantage. The swimming pool is 8m X 4m, has in-pool steps rather than a ladder and is electrically heated so an inviting temperature is always maintained. All furnishings, inside and out, are of a high standard. The living room seats everyone on its three sofas with room to spare and all beds have memory foam mattresses. The duvets are feather and down and come in summer or winter thicknesses; non- allergenic ones can be supplied on request. As well as the sun loungers with cushions by the pool there are rattan style chairs, sofa and a coffee table. Late departures can be arranged, please ask.

We love Lanzarote and living here, it has been our home for over thirty years and we like to think we know nearly everything about the island and what it has to offer. We personally look after Casa Maja and live nearby and enjoy welcoming our regular guests back each year.

Tias is inland from the resort of Puerto Del Carmen and is the main town of the area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy that provide a great experience for more sedate drinking and eating; Puerto Del Carmen has the noise, lights and entertainment of a holiday resort area and is only a short drive away - then come back to the quite residential area of Tias to relax and sleep soundly - taxis here are plentiful, inexpensive and used to picking up at Casa Maja if you do not want to drive yourself. The location of Tias gives easy access to the road network of Lanzarote and therefore all the major attractions of the island in both the north and south, do not miss Jameos Del Agua or the Green Caves in the north or the Fire Mountains and driving route though La Geria in the south. For beach lovers there are the dark golden sands of Puerto Del Carmen with all the facilities and water sports while further afield there is the rugged beauty of Famara or the golden beaches of Papagyo.
